Simply visit Seeking the City's giving page and Sign In. Once logged into your account, you'll find your information (and how to edit it) in the top corner when you click on your initials and then choose "My Profile."
You can give online using your checking account or one of these card providers: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. You can also use popular digital payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal (Venmo available soon).
Yes, Seeking the City uses a payment processor that has agreed to reduce the rate of both debit/credit cards and ACH transfers (bank account E-check).
When giving using a debit/credit card, there is a 2.75% processing fee and $.42 per transaction fee. When giving using ACH (bank account E-check), the processing fee is a 1.00% processing fee and a $.42 per transaction fee. We recommend using ACH for recurring giving due to its low processing fee.
Yes, you have the option for giving a one-time gift or setting up a recurring gift.
A one-time gift will be processed instantly. Recurring gifts can be scheduled on the dates or frequency that work best for you.
